What is your mission statement?

David: We don't have a "one-size-fits-all" mission statement.

Why?

At C7T1 Consulting, I feel our mission is different for every client. There is only one common denominator: creating value. We choose to customize our definition of mission based on our clients' needs and sometimes, through our process, those needs evolve. Each situation is unique and requires authentic collaboration to form that strategy.

How did you come up with your company brand?

David: My background in the medical field inspired our name. I have found that it it takes "7C's" to get to "T1".

What are they? Courage, Conviction, Cancel, Create, Change, Commit, Connect. What comes next is what we all are seeking or evolving towards, TRANSFORMATION. There are differing degrees to why this is important in terms of mindset and approach to get optimized results. I explain each principle in detail with every consultation.

Additionally, I wanted to convey an interesting and meaningful visual of connection, as well as the transformation that results. C7 to T1 is a transitional space that forms a bridge from the 7 cervical vertebrae to thoracic spine (from the neck to the body). Below C7, T1 is completely transformed, attaches to the rib cage, and forms the top building block which protects all the organs that are vital for life! This bridge is the connection for profound change and forms the basis for our mindset and action at C7T1 Consulting.

Do you have packages available for younger sales people that want coaching? And do you help with resumes?

Kelly: Yes, and thank you for your question. We have different types of packages depending on your needs. The coaching services for young professionals begin with 4 hour programs (one per week, all at one time or somewhere in between). There is a complimentary 15 minute initial assessment which can assist us in determining what package works best for you. Longer term coaching is also available as things progress, whatever is best for you. We also provide guidance for constructing an effective resume if you sign up for one of our programs.
